CROWNS

 CROWNS

In the spiritual sense, crowns depict mindsets.

A golden crown means spiritual mind.

Silver is to do with the soul.

 For You meet him with the blessings of goodness;
You set a crown of pure gold upon his head.
Psalm 21:3

For to be carnally minded is death,
but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
Romans 8:6

His enemies I will clothe with shame,
But upon Himself His crown shall flourish."
Psalm 132:18

And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature,
and in favor with God and men.
Luke 2:52

The crown of the wise is their riches,
But the foolishness of fools is folly.
Proverbs 14:24

Oh, the depth of the riches
both of the wisdom and knowledge of God!
How unsearchable are His judgments
and His ways past finding out!
Romans 11:33

The silver-haired head is a crown of glory
If it is found in the way of righteousness.
Proverbs 16:31

Therefore we do not lose heart.
Even though our outward man is perishing,
yet the inward man is being renewed day by day
For our light affliction, which is but for a moment,
is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory,
while we do not look at the things which are seen,
but at the things which are not seen
For the things which are seen are temporary,
but the things which are not seen are eternal.
2 Corinthians 4:16-18

Woe to the crown of pride, to the drunkards of Ephraim,
Whose glorious beauty is a fading flower
Which is at the head of the verdant valleys,
To those who are overcome with wine!

And do not be drunk with wine,
in which is dissipation;
but be filled with the Spirit,

In that day the Lord of hosts will be For a crown of glory
and a diadem of beauty
To the remnant of His people,

a royal priesthood, a holy nation,
His own special people,
that you may proclaim the praises of Him
who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
1 Peter 2:9

You shall also be a crown of glory In the hand of the Lord,
And a royal diadem In the hand of your God.

Let your light so shine before men,
that they may see your good works
and glorify your Father in heaven.
Matthew 5:16

If then you were raised with Christ,
seek those things which are above,
where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God.
Set your mind on things above,
not on things on the earth.
For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
When Christ who is our life appears,
then you also will appear with Him in glory.
Colossians 3:1-4

Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man
was great in the earth,
and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart
was only evil continually.
Genesis 6:5

The crown has fallen from our head.
Woe to us, for we have sinned!
Lamentations 5:16

 Therefore we also,
since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses,
let us lay aside every weight,
and the sin which so easily ensnares us,
and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,
looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith,
who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross,
despising the shame,
and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Hebrews 12:1-2

He shall see the labor of His soul, and be satisfied.
By His knowledge My righteous Servant shall justify many,
For He shall bear their iniquities.

When they had twisted a crown of thorns
they put it on His head, and a reed in His right hand.
And they bowed the knee before Him
and mocked Him, saying, "Hail, King of the Jews!"
Matthew 27:29

And everyone who competes for the prize is temperate in all things
Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown
but we for an imperishable crown.
1 Corinthians 9:25

Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober,
and rest your hope fully upon the grace
that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;
1 Peter 1:13

 Lift up your eyes, look around and see;
All these gather together and come to you.
As I live," says the Lord,
"You shall surely clothe yourselves with them all as an ornament
And bind them on you as a bride does.
Isaiah 49:18

Children's children are the crown of old men,
And the glory of children is their father.

Therefore, my beloved and longed-for brethren,
my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, beloved.
Philippians 4:1

And he believed in the Lord,
and He accounted it to him for righteousness.
Genesis 15:6

Your throne, O God, is forever and ever;
A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom.
  You love righteousness and hate wickedness;
Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You
With the oil of gladness more than Your companions.
Psalm 45:6-7

Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness
which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day,
and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing.

for when he has been approved,
he will receive the crown of life
which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.

Behold, I am coming quickly!
Hold fast what you have,
that no one may take your crown

and on the cloud sat One like the Son of Man,
having on His head a golden crown
and in His hand a sharp sickle.

 Then I looked, and behold,
a Lamb standing on Mount Zion,
and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand,
having His Father's name written on their foreheads.
Revelation 14:1

Then God blessed them, and God said to them,
"Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it;
have dominion over the fish of the sea,
over the birds of the air,
and over every living thing that moves on the earth."
Genesis 1:28

You have made him a little lower than the angels;
You have crowned him with glory and honor,
And set him over the works of Your hands.
Hebrews 2:7

The simple inherit folly,
But the prudent are crowned with knowledge.
Proverbs 14:18

For this reason we also, since the day we heard it,
do not cease to pray for you,
and to ask that you may be filled
with the knowledge of His will
in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

And also if anyone competes in athletics,
he is not crowned unless he competes according to the rules.

it is he who loves Me.
And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father,
and I will love him and manifest Myself to him."

 Therefore we also,
since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses,
let us lay aside every weight,
and the sin which so easily ensnares us,
and let us run with endurance
the race that is set before us,
looking unto Jesus
the author and finisher of our faith,
who for the joy that was set before Him
endured the cross, despising the shame,
and has sat down
at the right hand of the throne of God.
Hebrews 12:1-2

Around the throne were twenty-four thrones,
and on the thrones I saw twenty-four elders sitting
clothed in white robes;
and they had crowns of gold on their heads.
Revelation 4:4

the twenty-four elders fall down before Him who sits on the throne
and worship Him who lives forever and ever,
and cast their crowns before the throne, saying:
  "You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power;
For You created all things,
And by Your will they exist and were created."
Revelation 4:10-11

 I beseech you therefore, brethren,
by the mercies of God,
that you present your bodies a living sacrifice
holy, acceptable to God,
which is your reasonable service.
And do not be conformed to this world,
but be transformed by the renewing of your mind
that you may prove what is that good
and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Romans 12:1-2

 "Behold the proud, His soul is not upright in him;
But the just shall live by his faith.
Habakkuk 2:4

And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea,
having seven heads and ten horns,
and on his horns ten crowns
and on his heads a blasphemous name.

and on His head were many crowns
He had a name written that no one knew except Himself.
Revelation 19:12

 and from Jesus Christ,
the faithful witness,
the firstborn from the dead,
and the ruler over the kings of the earth.
To Him who loved us
and washed us from our sins in His own blood,
and has made us kings and priests
to His God and Father,
to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
Revelation 1:5-6

And another sign appeared in heaven:
behold, a great, fiery red dragon
having seven heads and ten horns,
and seven diadems on his heads.
Revelation 12:3

For though we walk in the flesh,
we do not war according to the flesh.
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal
but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds,
casting down arguments
and every high thing
that exalts itself against the knowledge of God
bringing every thought into captivity
to the obedience of Christ,
and being ready to punish all disobedience
when your obedience is fulfilled.
2 Corinthians 10:3-6

The king loved Esther more than all the other women,
and she obtained grace and favor in his sight
more than all the virgins;
so he set the royal crown upon her head
and made her queen instead of Vashti.
Esther 2:17

Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord
For the husband is head of the wife,
as also Christ is head of the church;
and He is the Savior of the body.
Therefore, just as the church is subject to Christ,
so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything.
 Husbands, love your wives,
just as Christ also loved the church
and gave Himself for her,
that He might sanctify and cleanse her
with the washing of water by the word,
that He might present her to Himself a glorious church,
not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing,
but that she should be holy and without blemish.
Ephesians 5:22-27

Then one of the seven angels
who had the seven bowls filled with the seven last plagues
came to me and talked with me, saying,
"Come, I will show you the bride, the Lamb's wife.
And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain,
and showed me the great city, the holy Jerusalem,
descending out of heaven from God,
having the glory of God
Her light was like a most precious stone,
like a jasper stone, clear as crystal.
Revelation 21:9-11

Fish and Chips, Feesh and Sheep!

In relation to the Kingdom of GOD, you are either fish or sheep.

All of us are like fish, comfortably living in the water of the world, according to the systems and values of this world. We breathe the atmosphere of this world, which is mostly contrary to the systems and values of GOD - until we are caught out of the water like fish!

When CHRIST enters our life and we enter into the Kingdom of GOD, everything changes! We are caught out of the water, and like fish out of water, our self dies. We feel uncomfortable as our mind is renewed according to the word of GOD. Mindsets crumble and darkness is replaced with light as the light of GOD shines in us. We gain spirital vision as we read and study the word of GOD. The Holy Spirit in us, reveals the truth of that word to us and we see light.

We no longer feel enjoyment and comfort in the glamour and fashions of the world. There is no real satisfaction in simply eating, drinking and merry-making because our soul is being converted from 'fish to sheep'!

Now if we revel in the things of the world, our soul will not be healthy just as sheep cannot live in water. We are now filled with the Holy Spirit, constantly breathing prayer.

If you are fish, fishermen will catch you but if you are sheep, the Great Shepherd will lead you. From being fish, you will become a fisher of men! Your joy will be to shepherd sheep and observe the conversion and change in the lives of individuals. The shepherd will also seek and save the lost sheep from the danger of wolves.

With the Psalmist David we can say, "The LORD is my Shepherd, I shall not want." Psalm 23

And as He walked by the Sea of Galilee, He saw Simon and Andrew his brother casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. Then Jesus said to them, "Follow Me, and I will make you become fishers of men." They immediately left their nets and followed Him.
Mark 1:16-18

So when they had eaten breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me more than these?" He said to Him, "Yes, Lord; You know that I love You." He said to him, "Feed My lambs." He said to him again a second time, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?" He said to Him, "Yes, Lord; You know that I love You." He said to him, "Tend My sheep." He said to him the third time, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?" Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, "Do you love Me?" And he said to Him, "Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You." Jesus said to him, "Feed My sheep.
John 21:15-17

Whenever you eat fish or fish and chips or lamb chops or lamb curry, remember this message! You can ask yourself
  "Am I a fish?"    "Am I a lamb or a sheep?"
   "Am I a fisherman?"    "Am I a shepherd?"

If you are in the Kingdom of GOD, you are a fisherman and a shepherd. You are expected to evengelise and bring people into the Kingdom of GOD. You must also help believers to grow in their faith by sharing your testimonies and explaining the word of GOD to them. You are expected to be profitable in His Kingdom by living for the LORD JESUS and influencing lives through your exemplary life and words. This is possible only through the power of the Holy Spirit in you.

This is the victorious life
CHRIST JESUS has planned for you!

May GOD Bless You!

 HELIUM BALLOONS!

Helium is a chemical element; it has symbol He and atomic number 2. It is a colorless, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, inert, monatomic gas and the first in the noble gas group in the periodic table. Its boiling point is the lowest among all the elements, and it does not have a melting point at standard pressures. Wikipedia

SymbolHe

The image is of the sun because helium gets its name from ‘helios’, the Greek word for the sun. Helium was detected in the sun by its spectral lines many years before it was found on Earth.

Our precious friends got two Helium balloons, 7 & 5 to mark my husband's 75th birthday! I anchored them by the strings to a chair and they looked grand, fully inflated, standing against the ceiling in our lounge room!

As the days passed, the balloons began to get deflated gradually. They did not seem as shiny and they began to descend towards the floor.

1)  Christians who are filled with the Holy Spirit are like Helium balloons!
Our spiritual life is upward bound.

But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His. And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.
Romans 8:9-11

HE Lives In yoU and Me!

If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
Colossians 3:1-3

2)  If we don't constantly and diligently feed on the word of GOD and drink of the Holy Spirit, we will be like those balloons that deflate gradually and descend towards the floor!

And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, submitting to one another in the fear of God.
Ephesians 5:18-21

 3)  If we expire and die in CHRIST, our spirit and soul will leave the body to be with the LORD, like the Helium released to go upward. The body is then lifeless and useless and has to be disposed of, like the deflated empty balloon that falls to the ground!

Remember your Creator before the silver cord is loosed, Or the golden bowl is broken, Or the pitcher shattered at the fountain, Or the wheel broken at the well. Then the dust will return to the earth as it was, And the spirit will return to God who gave it.
Ecclesiastes 12:6-7

4)  If there is no attachment downward, the Helium balloon will automatically soar upward!

And He led them out as far as Bethany, and He lifted up His hands and blessed them. Now it came to pass, while He blessed them, that He was parted from them and carried up into heaven.
Luke 24:50-51

After the LORD JESUS finished His mission on earth, He ascended to heaven in His resurrected body.

At the appearing of the LORD JESUS again in the skies, the believers who are walking with the LORD on earth, will also be 'caught up'. That will be similar to the Helium balloon rising up high in the air! We will be 'caught up' spirit, soul and body, upward in the skies! Our bodies will change into celestial bodies in the twinkling of the eye.

Those who had already died in CHRIST will also be taken up with their bodies changed into a glorious body!

"Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
Matthew 24:29-31

But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus. For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.
1 Thessalonians 4:13-17

Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed-- in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: "Death is swallowed up in victory." "O Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?" The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
1 Corinthians 15:51-58

Therefore, knowing our eternal destination,
may we live our lives with the fullness of the Holy Spirit,
serving the LORD with joy!

GOD BLESS YOU!!

How to Seek GOD's Kingdom first!

How to Seek GOD's Kingdom first!

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness,
and all these things shall be added to you.
Matthew 6:33

How do we seek the Kingdom of GOD first in our lives?
You may be a homemaker or a housewife. You may be pursuing a career or studies.
Is it possible to seek GOD's Kingdom first in our day to day lives?

Yes, and it begins with prayer. Each morning, while thanking GOD for all His mercies, even for the gift of life, pray for opportunities to live for Him and serve Him. Surrender your life to the LORD and ask for the infilling of His love and the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

Through the day, be conscious of the Holy Spirit within you and be prompt to obey His leading. Connect with the LORD frequently.

Make it a habit to intercede in every situation. In the car, bus, train or aeroplane, in the office, school, shopping centre, restaurant or neighbourhood. As the presence of the Living GOD is in you, and His grace is upon you, you have the authority to plead GOD's grace on people around you! Plead the blood of JESUS over the people around you, so that their sins may be forgiven. Ask the LORD to preserve their lives and to give them time to repent and turn to Him so that they may be saved. Ask the LORD to set people free from their bondages because you have the authority to do so as a child of GOD who has been set free! Not only do you have the privilege, but also the responsibility to do so! You become a point of GOD's grace to extend that grace to others around you!

While you pray along these lines in your heart, look for opportunities to reach out to individuals whom the LORD will point out to you, whose hearts are open to listen and receive a word from you. As you yield yourself to the LORD to be His servant, the Holy Spirit will lead you what to say and what to do. You will feel great compassion and love in your heart to those you speak to and those you pray for.

At the end of the day, you will realise that your morning prayer was answered!
The joy and fulfilment you will sense in your heart, will be confirmation that you have been the instrument of the Most High GOD! Thank Him for this privilege and give Him all the glory and once again surrender yourself to the LORD and those lives you came in contact with, to the LORD. Let your eyes focus once again on the LORD alone for He is your Shield and your exceedingly great reward!!

Then your sleep will be sweet!

The new day will be again a new opportunity to live for the LORD with joy!

So Jesus said to them again, "Peace to you!
As the Father has sent Me, I also send you."
And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them,
"Receive the Holy Spirit.
If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them;
if you retain the sins of any, they are retained."
John 20:21-23

And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven,
and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven,
and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven."
Matthew 16:19

"The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me,
Because the Lord has anointed Me To preach good tidings to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives,
And the opening of the prison to those who are bound;
Isaiah 61:1

CHRIST IS IN ME AND I AM IN CHRIST

CHRIST IS IN ME AND I AM IN CHRIST

If CHRIST is in me, He is wherever I am.
In my day to day life, in the mundane activities and as I reach out to people, CHRIST is revealed through me. Then I will be the salt of the earth, bringing the best out of people. I will create thirst for the LORD in the hearts of individuals.

If I am in CHRIST, I will be wherever He is!
Where is CHRIST now? He is seated in the Heavenly places far above all principalities and powers of darkness. He is above all authority on earth!

I will have a spiritual mind to understand the spiritual realm.
Thus I will be a light in the world. I will have no fear of anything.
I will act with authority against the forces of darkness to live victoriously.
I will use the authority in JESUS to set others free from oppression, bondage and fear of evil.

"You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned?
It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.
You are the light of the world.
A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.
Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand,
and it gives light to all who are in the house.
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works
and glorify your Father in heaven.
Matthew 5:13-16

Therefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints,
do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers:
that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory,
may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him,
  the eyes of your understanding being enlightened;
that you may know what is the hope of His calling,
what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,
and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe,
according to the working of His mighty power which He worked in Christ
when He raised Him from the dead
and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places,
far above all principality and power and might and dominion,
and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.
And He put all things under His feet,
and gave Him to be head over all things to the church,
which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.
Ephesians 1:15-23

 If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me;
and where I am, there My servant will be also.
If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor.
John 12:26

I am the vine, you are the branches.
He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit;
for without Me you can do nothing.
John 15:5

Is CHRIST IN you?

Are you IN CHRIST?

If so, you will live your life victoriously
as SALT and as LIGHT!

Sharpen Your Knife

Sharpen Your Knife

Let us therefore be diligent to enter that rest,
lest anyone fall
according to the same example of disobedience.
For the word of God is living and powerful,
and sharper than any two-edged sword,
piercing even to the division of soul and spirit,
and of joints and marrow,
and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
And there is no creature hidden from His sight,
but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him
to whom we must give account.
Hebrews 4:11-13

The Bible, the Scripture, is the Word of GOD.
When you study the Scriptures sincerely and diligently, it convicts you of sin. You woudn't even know the condition of your soul unless the Holy Spirit reveals it to you by conviction through the word of GOD. As you respond and take the necessary steps to walk in obedience, you will carry a clear consceince before GOD and man. Then you have nothing to hide from GOD and as you surrender your life to Him and trust Him, you will enter into His rest. This is a necessary experience in your spiritual walk. From this place of rest will come the guidance, wisdom and power to live victoriously and serve effectively!

For though we walk in the flesh,
we do not war according to the flesh.
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal
but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds,
casting down arguments and every high thing
that exalts itself against the knowledge of God,
bringing every thought into captivity
to the obedience of Christ,
and being ready to punish all disobedience
 when your obedience is fulfilled.
2 Corinthians 10:3-6

In the process of sharpening a knife, you will initially feel the roughness,
as the blunt edge of the knife passes through the sharpener.
As you keep sharpening, the rubbing of the edge of the knife
against the sharpener becomes more smooth!

Your spiritual knife is sharpened when
your mind is renewed and you are walking in obedience to GOD
with a clear and a clean conscience.
To do this, you may need to strive with your own mindset
and any rebellion in yourself until your soul is completely yielded to the Truth!
Then there is no striving in your praying and ministering to others.
There is no striving and no lengthy arguments in teaching the word of GOD!
You will live with authority just like using a sharp knife
as opposed to a blunt one!

We must purposefully correct every mindset and thought in ourselves to walk in obedience to the word of GOD and to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Then we can walk in all authority to command obedience to rebellious spirits, sicknesses and powers of darkness through prayer and proclamation.

for He taught them as one having authority
and not as the scribes.
Matthew 7:29

The LORD JESUS lived, taught, walked and worked with such authority
because of His absolute obedience to His Father.

A life of obedience will display a life of spiritual authority!
As you walk under the authority of the word of GOD
and the leading of the Holy Spirit,
the LORD will bring conviction in the hearts of your hearers
and punishment to disobedient spirits.
The LORD will also confirm His word with acoompanying signs.

And they went out and preached everywhere,
the Lord working with them and confirming the word
through the accompanying signs. Amen.
Mark 16:20

 Are you a fruitful tree?

What seeds are you sowing in the garden of your mind and your heart?

What seeds are you sowing into the lives of people?

How can you be a tree that bears good fruit?

"Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Therefore by their fruits you will know them.
Matthew 7:15-20

Can a fig tree, my brethren, bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Thus no spring yields both salt water and fresh.
James 3:12

What fruit did you have then in the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death. But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life.
Romans 6:21-22

Another parable He put forth to them, saying: "The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and sowed in his field, which indeed is the least of all the seeds; but when it is grown it is greater than the herbs and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and nest in its branches."
Matthew 13:31-32

The Kingdom of GOD comes into our heart when we accept the LORD JESUS into our life and commit our life to Him. It is like the mustard seed sown in our heart!

I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.
John 15:5

If your life is yielded to GOD,  you are like a tree that is planted in GOD's vineyard and that is bearing good fruit. You cannot bear good fruit without being connected to the LORD JESUS. The end of your life on earth will then continue in heaven as eternal life.

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.
James 3:17

The wisdom that comes from the Holy Spirit results in good fruits.

What is good fruit?

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
Galatians 5:22-23

Faith, meekness and self-control in ourselves, love, joy and peace through our relationship with the LORD and patience, kindness and goodness towards others - these are the characteristics of the fruit of the Spirit that is Love.

The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, And he who wins souls is wise.
Proverbs 11:30

The life of a righteous person who lives by the wisdom of the Holy Spirit, is like a tree of life that influences other souls towards salvation in CHRIST.

Bearing fruit to GOD

Therefore, my brethren, you also have become dead to the law through the body of Christ, that you may be married to another--to Him who was raised from the dead, that we should bear fruit to God.
Romans 7:4

Just as a wife bears her husband, children, we bear fruit to GOD.
The children resemble the husband because they are his and they are of him.
When we are in intimate relationship with the LORD, the fruit we bear would be the characteristics of CHRIST because it is of the Spirit.
The spiritual fruit we bear is of Him, to Him and for others.
It glorifies the LORD and blesses others.

Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.
Ephesians 5:1-2

To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified."
Isaiah 61:3

What is good seed?

Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousnesswhile you are enriched in everything for all liberality, which causes thanksgiving through us to God.
2 Corinthians 9:10-11

Good works, kind gestures including generous giving, are like sowing good seed. They bear good fruit not only in your life, but also in the lives of those who are recipients of these blessings, as their hearts are filled with thanksgiving to GOD and prayers for you. Thus, the fruits of righteousness increase, bringing glory to the LORD!

Not that I seek the gift, but I seek the fruit that abounds to your account.
Philippians 4:17

Fruitfulness a must

He also spoke this parable: "A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard, and he came seeking fruit on it and found none. Then he said to the keeper of his vineyard, 'Look, for three years I have come seeking fruit on this fig tree and find none. Cut it down; why does it use up the ground?' But he answered and said to him, 'Sir, let it alone this year also, until I dig around it and fertilize it. And if it bears fruit, well. But if not, after that you can cut it down.' "
Luke 13:6-9

The LORD expects us as His followers to bear good fruit in this life. If we persist in not bearing fruit despite the many opportunities He gives us, our life on earth will be cut off.

And even now the ax is laid to the root of the trees. Therefore every tree which does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
Matthew 3:10

Fruitfulness is a result of GOD's blessing

Nevertheless He did not leave Himself without witness, in that He did good, gave us rain from heaven and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness."
Acts 14:17

So God created great sea creatures and every living thing that moves, with which the waters abounded, according to their kind, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. And God blessed them, saying, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth."
Genesis 1:21-22

So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Then God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth."
Genesis 1:27-28

More fruit

Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.
Hebrews 12:11

"I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.
John 15:1-2

Pruning is painful for the tree, but it causes it to bear more fruit in due time. The LORD chastens His children so that they may bear more fruit. Chastening may come in the form of losing a job, friends being cut off from your life, inability to partake in activities you enjoyed because of ill health, programs you planned, strangely hindered supernaturally and so on.

Pray for fruitfulness

 For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask ... that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God;
Colossians 1:9a-10

The above is a meaningful prayer that we should pray for ourselves and for others: LORD, make me, make  ---,  fruitful in every good work.

Is your fruit seasonal?

Now in the morning, as He returned to the city, He was hungry. And seeing a fig tree by the road, He came to it and found nothing on it but leaves, and said to it, "Let no fruit grow on you ever again." Immediately the fig tree withered away. And when the disciples saw it, they marveled, saying, "How did the fig tree wither away so soon?" So Jesus answered and said to them, "Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' it will be done. And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive."
Matthew 21:18-22

If your attitude is, "I will do it in my time", you are like the fig tree mentioned in the above parable which the LORD caused to wither away.

But if you are living in absolute obedience to the Holy Spirit, your faith will be powerful enough to move mountains! Your faith will move that mountain of selfishness and enable you to promptly obey the leading of the Holy Spirit. Thus your life will display GOD's power and glory.

These are spots in your love feasts, while they feast with you without fear, serving only themselvesThey are clouds without water, carried about by the winds; late autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, pulled up by the roots;
Jude 1:12

Selfishness and the lack of the fear of the LORD will make us unable to bear fruit in season and out of season.

Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.
2 Timothy 4:2

We should be ready to serve the LORD in any way, anytime He requires.

In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
Revelation 22:2

In heaven, the tree of life is not seasonal. It bears fruit every month!

A life that is totally connected and yielded to the LORD is like a tree that is blessed and  flourishing. A life that is selfish, not serving the LORD and others sacrificially in all seasons, is like the fig tree that whithered when JESUS cursed it!

Bearing fruit in heat and drought

"Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is the Lord. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, Which spreads out its roots by the river, And will not fear when heat comes; But its leaf will be green, And will not be anxious in the year of drought, Nor will cease from yielding fruit.
Jeremiah 17:7-8

It is easy to bear good fruit when things go well for us. When we go through suffering and trials and worldly temptations, we can bear the fruit of love only if we are strongly connected to the LORD JESUS and deeply rooted in His word. Then we will be overcomers!

These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."
John 16:33

He shall be like a
tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper.
Psalm 1:3
